Thanks for your purchase with us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to return the goods to the following address:

Please state your name and order number in your parcel or if your order comes with a packing slip, please include this.

Any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in the same condition as you received it.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package.

A refund will be issued within 2-3 days of your return being received and should be in your account within 5-7 days.
